By accessing or using Eternal Tech's website, platform, API, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, grant applicants, investors, and partners.
2. Services
Eternal Tech provides: • An informational website about our technology initiatives and ecosystem • A micro-grant application portal for African entrepreneurs and startups • An investor portal with financial disclosures and reports • An open API for partner website integration • A gateway hub linking to independent projects under the Eternal Tech umbrella We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Grant Applications
By submitting a micro-grant application, you confirm that: • All information provided is truthful, accurate, and complete • You are authorized to submit on behalf of the business or project described • Your project operates legally in its country of operation • You will use grant funds solely for the stated project purpose • You consent to Eternal Tech sharing application details with its review panel Eternal Tech reserves the right to reject any application at its sole discretion and is not obligated to provide reasons for rejection.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Eternal Tech website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Eternal Tech or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. Partner projects under the Eternal Tech umbrella retain ownership of their respective intellectual property.
5. API Usage
Access to the Eternal Tech API is subject to: • Obtaining a valid API key via the approved request process • Compliance with all rate limits and usage guidelines • Prohibition on using the API to scrape, reverse-engineer, or redistribute data without authorization • Prohibition on using the API for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes Eternal Tech may revoke API access at any time for violation of these terms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Eternal Tech's services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Information on our platform, including financial projections and token descriptions, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eternal Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed NGN 50,000 (or equivalent) in any circumstance.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
